Kevin Giguere
Kevin began working with YTB while continuing his job in store management. his business with YTB was growing as a part-time job, Kevin knew he could make YTB his full-time career. It wasn't long before he decided to quit his job and make YTB his focus.
It didn't take long for Kevin's business to launch into en even greater success than his career path as a store manager. Today Kevin has increased his team of 40 to over 5,000 people. His business strategy is simple but effective: help others. By recognizing everyone in the organization as part of the team, Kevin says, more leverage is gained for your own business. "You have to help you team members understand the business," he says. "You have to be willing to go out there and work with them."
Kevin's accomplishments with YTB have afforded him luxuries that wouldn't have been possible otherwise. Now his family lives in a 5,000 square foot home complete with tennis courts. but Kevin says the greatest rewards he's reaping aren't tangible. "i didn't realize the family time I was missing out on," he says. Now Kevin controls his own schedule and has obtained financial freedom just by helping others with YTB.

Tim & Georgia Dominey
We left our jobs and created a new future for ourselves with YTB. After a brief career as a professional basketball player with the Atlanta Hawks, Tim finished his business degree and went to work in sales and marketing for the next 25 years. Georgia, worked as a computer technician for a school. Escaping the rigors of Corporate America was never a real possibility until we took a look at YTB.
It made sense to travel, write it off on taxes and make as much money as we wanted to make, depending on how many people we would tell about YTB. Plus both of us like to travel, so when we saw this, it was a natural fit.
When we saw this business and began calculating the possibilities, we realized that leaving our careers was not only a possibility, but a probability. Working our YTB business part time for a year of two to replace our income and leave our jobs became a reality for us.
We are now Level 2 Directors with YTB and working hard to reach Level 3. We have the best team in YTB & we are so fortunate to be in business with you - but not just business partners - so many of you have become lifelong friends - We are so proud of you! When I first heard about YTB it was November 4th of 2005; a Friday night. A friend of mine called me and said you need to come look at this travel company. I was in the middle of cleaning out my garrage for a yard sale. I was supposed to be moving to Delaware for my last employer but never did have a warm fuzzy about that move so I went to check it out. At first the travel side of YTB was an absolute "NO BRAINER". I thought, if you could show me how to do what I was already doing and get anything back for it - well, that just made sence to me. So I joined up on the spot.
What YTB has done for me
YTB HAS CHANGED OUR LIVES FOREVER! This company has done everything it has promised and more! It is absolutely the best chance anyone has to change their circumstances, no matter what they are. We are so close to level two director and will attain that no later than December of this year. That is so big because I am nothing special. Just 25 months... you can do this! There are two passions of my heart that have become my reason for doing this business called YTB. First, my son Colin; he is set for the rest of his life! Not just him - my favorite book says "...a good man leaves and inheritance to his children's children" - because of the opportunity YTB provides I am doing just that. The second reason is YOU! I know an extra $500 to $1000 a month in as many households accross this country that will let me, will change things in that home. Not just the economics either. It will change marriages, or what school their children get to attend or what they wear to that school... It will change lives. That's definately bigger than myself and I can never out grow it.

Two years ago, I was working part-time as a programmer analyst while being a full-time mom to our two wonderful children, Austin and Ciara. Mark is a sales executive and spends most of his weeks traveling. It seemed that no matter how hard we worked, we could not get ahead financially.
When Mark was introduced to YTB, he was "In the right place at the right time". It made perfect business sense to be able to put a little money back in our pockets when booking his business trips and our family vacations online. It didn't take us long to realize the amazing opportunity that YTB had to offer and that we needed to share it with all of our friends and family. YTB's compensation plan made this financially rewarding.
After four months, I was able to quit my job and concentrate on YTB full time. This was a dream come true for us. Mark and I now have a home based business that is fun and that we can work together. We are directors in the company, which is a level that would have been hard to achieve in the corporate world. What we love most are the amazing people that we have met, close to home and all across the country. Through teamwork, our goal is to help others live their dreams through YTB.

After working in corporate America for 18 years, we were shown the YTB opportunity by long-time friend Tim Dominey. My daughter had just gotten married and I was looking to make extra money to pay off the wedding expenses. After seeing the compensation plan, I could see we could make enough to pay the wedding debt and some credit card debt. I never considered that we could change careers@ Two years into YTB we were able to achieve Director level and decide to go full time.
This is the one opportunity that will allow you to make whatever amount of money you are willing to work for...no limits! ...unlike corporate America. Now we see a way to take care of our family for generations to come and enjoy the travel lifestyle that we always wanted.

Our life before YTB seemed pretty comfortable, or so we thought. Ed worked as a sales rep in corporate America, and Donna managed a health and fitness club. Even though we were debt free and making a six figure income, we had not prepared for our financial future, nor did we have the time to do the things that were truly important to us. Due to our preconceived thoughts we were reluctant but once we looked at YTB it made perfect sense.
January 10, 2006 is the day we started our YTB business. it was the best business decision we've ever made. As Directors with YTB we are enjoying true freedom! We were both able to leave our corporate jobs which has enabled us to have choices in our lives we never dreamed possible. Now we have the flexibility in our schedule to spend more time with our family and take several vacations a year.
The residual income we're earning from YTB is not only security for us, but it's also will-able through three generations, therefore changing the financial future of our children, grand children, and great grand children for generations to come. It's not just our family, but the true joy we receive is by helping others achieve their goals. We'll be forever grateful to god for opening the eyes of our hearts and minds to this wonderful company and its founders, Coach, Scott and Kim.

We’re not a unique couple by any means. We don’t have a fantastic life story about losing everything and then suddenly and magically becoming financially re-born. As a married couple, we’ve always been relatively comfortable living as a “middle-class” family in the suburbs. So we were satisfied that being average was fine. Our Plan A seemed to be working.
Then one day, through a friend, we had the opportunity to meet with “Coach” Lloyd Tomer and his family. That weekend we learned something that we didn’t even realize we had forgotten. We had stopped dreaming. Our sponsor and “Coach” Tomer had brought something to the surface that we had let go years before (without even realizing it):

So we started Plan B. Looking back, it was the best decision we ever made. This home-based business has opened a new world to us. It’s given us the ability to help our kids furnish their new homes, buy a car and take trips around the world together.
Our story isn’t much different than anyone else’s out there. However, our message is. Today our Plan B is changing our lives and the lives and dreams of others around us. Our message comes in the form of a question.

Michael and our family have been in the construction bussiness our whole lives. The problem with the const. and real estate world is it cycles and when its good its good but when its bad its really bad. In sept we were approached about another business. My brother and i looked at this business on a thurs. and signed in. The following tues. we were on a plane heading to the company to meet the owners. This is the only business in this economy that i see growing 23% faster than the global economy.
We became directors around 6 months into this and haven't turned back since. What we really like about this business is the whole concept, you have to help other people become successful in order for you to become successful. We would like to really thank the group of ethical people in our group that are building there own groups. We would also like to thank Coach, Kim and Scott for given us this great opportunity. Also thank you to our new friends Rick and Brenda Ricketts for coming up here and helping us.

Flavius and I have been in business for ourselves all of our married lives. Well over 30 years. I personally have never been an employee. We love the excitement of owning a business and seeing it develop. The downside to that is the large financial investment required to own a business creates quite a burden. I owned and operated several brick and mortar travel agencies over the past 20 years and saw the decline in business due to the Internet. I was introduced to YTB by a client of mine. I was intrigued by the plan that Coach, Scott and Kim had in place. I talked to Rick Ricketts by phone and was challenged by what he had to say. Flavius and I flew to one of Rick's meetings and were sold immediately. It has been the best business decision, by far that we have ever made.
Flavius owns a very successful construction business and has provided well for our family. But his days are very long stressful. Our goal is for us to be able to work YTB together full time. Rick's advice to me was "this is all about leadership". We took Rick's advice from day one and he has led us by example. We are blessed to be a part of YTB.
